I acknowledge that participation in sailing, boating, swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, floating mats, and other water-based activities involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

I voluntarily participate in these activities and accept full responsibility for all risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, disability, drowning, marine life encounters, changing weather conditions, vessel movement, slips and falls, and other hazards associated with being on or around the water.

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in the activities offered during the charter and that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or allergies to the Company before departure.

I agree to follow all instructions given by the captain and crew. I understand that the captain has
complete authority regarding the safe operation of the vessel and may refuse participation in any activity or terminate my participation if necessary for safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge the Company, its owners, directors, employees, crew members, contractors, agents, affiliates, and insurers from any claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I accept responsibility for any damage caused by my negligent or intentional actions to the vessel, its equipment, or the property of other guests.

I consent to emergency medical treatment should it become necessary and understand that I am
responsible for any associated medical or evacuation expenses.

I acknowledge that no guarantees have been made regarding weather, marine life sightings, sea
conditions, or the exact itinerary.

I understand that photographs or videos may be taken during the charter for promotional purposes unless I notify the Company before departure that I do not wish to appear.

Acceptance
Payment of a deposit or the full charter fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the
lead guest and all members of their party.
